Wisdom

Father God, we thank you for this Word. May it give understanding as we read it in the name of Jesus, Amen.

James 1:5 NIrV

"If any of you needs wisdom, you should ask God for it. He will give it to you. God gives freely to everyone and does not find fault."

Amen, thank you LORD.

Today, God is reminding us that He is the source of your help and of your wisdom. This means that if you need wisdom in an area of your life or you need God's help, all you have to do is to call on Him in prayer and ask for wisdom. When we do this, God is very happy with us because it shows that we trust Him to take care of our life.

Prayer for wisdom:

Father God, I'm asking for wisdom in this...........................(say where you need God's help). I receive Your wisdom and help for me in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD.

It is important to remember that God is always ready to help you with the wisdom and knowledge you need. All you have to do is to ask Him. You can ask for God's wisdom in big things like your exams, making good friends in a new class. At the same time, you can also ask for God's wisdom in small things eg: looking for your lego toys, or building a puzzle. Whatever it is, God is always ready to help you and no prayer is too small for Him to answer. So always remember to pray and ask for God's wisdom because He will give it to you. Remember also to thank God after you ask for wisdom because you have believed that He has given it to you after you have asked - AMEN!
